If you are an Ossie Clark fan then you instantly will have recognized this dress as being one of his designs. I love the classic cut and the Ossie touch of sexuality in the way the front is set with a plunge, the waist skims and flatters and then the skirt swirls out below. The shoulders are finished with a pretty and feminine flutter sleeve made form a double layer of chiffon. These add such a pretty and feminine touch and give the dress a real 1940s feel - a signature Ossie look. Those panels continue across the back and are only attached at the shoulder so have a real floating feel to them. They meet above the zipper and buttons close the neck leaving a keyhole slit between. The front is yoked to meet the plunging neckline and add a soft suggestion of shape through the waist. I love the soft floral print that covers the chiffon. It feels like the perfect fall dress. Excellent condition
